The 2020-2021 Annual Membership Survey gave us a number of suggestions. In response to them,
we devised an action with short and long term actions as to how we could provide an even better
service to our members in the local voluntary and community sector in Southwark. The short-term
actions were simple requests which can provide relatively quick wins e.g. by making an update to
our website, offering 1:1 support or by responding to a direct enquiry.

The longer-term ones will require more time to implement e.g. by creating specific outcomes or outputs in our 2022-2026 strategy in order to meet them. In addition, we have allocated the agreed actions to the appropriate teams within Community Southwark.


This report serves to update you, our members, on the progress of this action plan at the time of the
next Annual Membership Survey (i.e. at the beginning of 2022). In the meantime, as always, we
welcome further feedback and improvement suggestions via [email protected]
