Published: 5 August 2021 The Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns have affected people's access to their GP surgeries. Healthwatch Southwark want to hear from you about your experience of trying to book and attend appointments at your GP since lockdown restrictions were lifted on 19 July 2021. Who are Healthwatch Southwark (HWS) Healthwatch Southwark is your local health and social care champion. They make sure NHS leaders and other decision makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care. What they are doing We would like to hear your thoughts and experiences of accessing and attending GP appointments after lockdown restrictions ended (i.e. 19th July). This includes your experiences of booking appointments and attending virtual and/or in person appointments. They will share your feedback with key decision makers, such as the CCG, to help improve GP services in Southwark! For more information about the project, please click here.
