Senior People (HR) Manager

We are looking to recruit a Senior People (HR) Manager who is brilliant at operations and developing and overseeing HR functions. Someone who is committed to anti-oppression and social justice, and able to put HR and efficient operational systems in place for a young, fast growing charity. They will be able to manage general ‘people’ activities including training, wellbeing and engagement, lead all recruitment, helping new people to settle into their roles, and ensure efficient and effect operations throughout Peer Power. This role is open to HR professionals from within and outside the charity sector. Head of Co-Production & Development

We are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Co-production and Development to lead and support our Youth Engagement Team, which is growing from five to ten people in the coming months. This is a fundamental and important role in the development of our charity.

If you are excited by working in partnership with young people who have lived experience of youth justice, health and social care systems, to drive the system change they want to see, and you are an experienced Senior Manager, with an established track record of team development, partnership, project & managing resources we’d love to hear from you! You will be passionate about co-production and participation through creative approaches and will naturally connect and build trusted relationships with young people. You will be committed to social justice and have a deep understanding of the effects of inequality. You can share power, work collaboratively and are motivated to bring your own solutions and ideas to the role. We value lived and learned experience and encourage those with lived experience to apply for our role.

Senior Youth Engagement Co-ordinator (South East)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Youth Engagement Coordinator, with an established track record of partnership, project & managing resources, to drive our youth engagement work across the South-East, initially in youth secure settings and then into the community. You will be committed to social justice and have a deep understanding of the effects of inequality, especially for young people in secure settings. You will be able to co-ordinate and co-create creative activity with Young Partners, who have lived experience of youth justice, health and social care systems, to drive the system change they want to see. You will be creative and motivated to bring your own solutions and ideas to the role. We value lived and learned experience and encourage those with lived experience to apply for our role.

Peer Engagement Worker (South East)

We are looking to recruit a Peer Engagement Worker who is brilliant at building trusted relationships and engaging children, teenagers and young adults through strong, caring and empathic peer relationships. They will co-create and facilitate a range of peer-led groups that focus on the emotional wellbeing, skills, and social action activities of young people in youth secure settings across the South-East. Someone who is committed to social justice and able to support and inspire young people to drive the system change they want to see.

They will be able to safely share parts of their experiences and wisdom that will help to inspire hope and belief in others to achieve their dreams and change systems. We value lived experience and encourage those with lived experience to apply for our role.
