Peckham Levels is a socially conscious, creative hub in the centre of Peckham that’s home to over 100 local and independent businesses, backing creatives of all industries; from magazines to jewellery designers, coding academies, social enterprises, screen printers, ceramicists, and food and drink start-ups.

They also work significantly with communities to make sure that local people benefit from our presence in the area.

As part of Peckham Levels’ mission to support local communities, we’re looking for charities, community groups, and active citizens to use our spaces for free to hold events, workshops, and activities, and use our platform to grow stronger communities.

Peckham Levels are currently planning a programme of events for January based around the theme of ‘Care’, with a focus on caring for oneself, others, and our communities. To be included in the programme, we’re looking for events relating to caring and wellness, such as mental health and wellbeing, confidence building, employability skills, social connectedness/ community, and body positivity. The event can be either open to the public or closed.

We are open to hosting events that are not within this theme and/ or outside the month of January.

The spaces available for free use are our auditorium (100 pax seated theatre style), chill out zone (30-40 pax), large meeting room (12 pax), small meeting room (8 pax), and wall gallery spaces.

In order to qualify for free event space, the proposed event must be:

  • Free to attend/ not ticketed (i.e. not commercial).
  • For the benefit of the local community and/or represent people from marginal groups.
  • Not a political event or campaign.

If you would like to informally discuss your event and receive advice, please get in touch and we can look at how Peckham Levels can support you: [email protected].
