Loneliness and isolation across the borough has increased hugely over the past 18 months and once again local charities – and the council – are exploring ways to reach out to those in most need over the Christmas season.

As part of this year's #ConnectAtChristmas campaign, we are setting up a list of organisations who the public can support by donating directly to their fundraising pages.

Who can join?

Any charity that is a member of Community Southwark can join this list, there is no other eligibility criteria.

How to join?

If you would like to be added to the list, simply fill in the form below, including a link to your fundraising page, and then people will select to donate to your organisation. It's as simple as that! (Please also include a link to your website if you have one, or a social media page, so that people can have a look at the sort of work that you do).

Volunteer this Christmas!

If you have some spare time to support local charities in running their Christmas events and activities, get involved here.

Apply for Connected at Christmas Funding

You can also apply for a pot of the Connected at Christmas funding here if you fit the eligibility criteria. You will need to fit into the categories below:

These grants are to support charities, local community groups and Sheltered Housing Schemes to connect with, and deliver, a range of activities, visits and small parties for older and vulnerable Southwark residents in the lead up to, or on Christmas day.
