About Outreach and Engagement

We are looking for someone who can support the organisation's outreach for new members, volunteers and potential partners. We have a number of local partners currently, and would like to grow our joint working in the community to engage new referrals and service participants for the weekly women’s day centre. We would particularly like to work with care homes and day centres locally, as well as building on our mental health and wellbeing partners. This role will involve identifying and building relationships with new partners, as well as an element of maintaining relationships with existing outreach and engagement partners. There will also be an element of supporting the ongoing development of outreach and engagement activities, such as organisational visits, designing literature and online content, and engaging face to face in the local community.

About Monitoring LOVO has been lucky to receive multi year funding from the Big Lottery, and some unrestricted Covid relief funding. As a CIC we are also able to trade and run paid-for events, as well as fundraisers and other income generation streams. As we grow, we would like to develop our organisational monitoring and evaluation across our services, as well as the women’s day centre.

This is to generate an overview of our impact locally, areas for improvement and to keep shaping strategy and planning to improve our offer to the communities we serve.

We would like this role to include an element of monitoring and information gathering across our services, and the development of simple methods of ongoing monitoring and evaluation processes which will help us maintain an overview of our offer. T

There may also be an element of supporting reporting on current grants, once the person is immersed in the role and the services

About Volunteers

LOVO CIC currently has a small hardworking team of volunteers, some of whom are local community members and participants.

We would like this role to oversee the management of volunteers using our existing processes and systems for induction and management, as well as

to actively seek new volunteers for the organisation from our existing service users and others in the community.

This role will act as point of contact for volunteers and be able to support them in their roles with us.
