CS Annual Membership Survey Action Plan 2020-2021 

The 2020-2021 Annual Membership Survey gave us a number of suggestions in which we can provide an even better service to our members – the local voluntary and community sector in Southwark. We decided to build our action plan in response to it around short-term and long-term actions. The first ones are simple requests which can provide relatively quick wins e.g. by making an update to our website, offering 1:1 support or responding to a direct enquiry. The latter ones will require from us more time to implement, e.g. by creating specific outcomes or outputs in our 2022-2026 strategy in order to meet them.

In addition, we have divided the actions in line with teams responsible for their implementation. It is our intention to update our members on the progress of this action plan at the time of the next Annual Membership Survey i.e. at the beginning of 2022. In he meantime, as always, we welcome further feedback and improvement suggestions via [email protected]

Who took the survey?

Overall, 116 Community Southwark members took the annual survey over the month of March, representing approximately 14% of our membership.
