Introduction

116 Community Southwark members took our annual survey; we have collated these findings into a report to share - Published 28 May 2021.


Each year Community Southwark surveys our membership to see how we’re doing - Are members satisfied? Are we providing enough and the right kind of support? How can we do better? What have we missed the mark on?

The 2020-2021 survey was composed of approximately 40 questions and asked for feedback on areas like our response to the COVID-19 crisis, our support for ethnic minority-led organisations, our events and support for organisations, and others.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to fill in the survey, the feedback you provided was insightful and very thorough, and gave us a lot to think about.

This report presents the survey findings, for both open - and close-ended questions, broken down by topic section. Over the next month, Community Southwark will be utilising these findings to create action plans for each team and to inform our overall strategy - we are looking to publish these action plans next month.


Who took the survey?

Overall, 116 Community Southwark members took the annual survey over the month of March, representing approximately 14% of our membership.
