Make your Mark Project Make your Mark is a two-year project providing free evaluation and impact support to the Voluntary and Community Sector in Southwark. It enables organisations to better understand the impact they are achieving and articulate that impact to others. The project will run from October 2020 to October 2022. Every six months, Community Southwark will choose a new cohort of eight organisations to take part in the project. Members of the programme gain access to: A holistic series of 5 training sessions covering topics such as theory of change, indicators, data collection tools and analysing your impact. This includes a guest session from Superhighways Free 1:1 support as required between sessions to help put learning into practice Resources and tools The chance to connect with other organisations in the cohort and learn from each other Support to develop an outcomes framework How to apply? Applications to be part of our first cohort are now closed. We will be updating this page with details of signing up to next cohort in due course (probably around Feb/March 2021). In the meantime, you can find free resources related to evaluation and impact here. Any questions?
