Learning from network 2 – outcomes

Our second network meeting was held on the 16 May 2019 and focussed on the outcomes that we were looking to achieve through the social prescribing network.

Suzanne Moffat and Josephine Wildman (Newcastle University) and Guy Pilkington (Clinical Chair of Newcastle West CCG) shared their experience with working on the Ways to Wellness Social Prescribing project in Newcastle. This was a really helpful presentation, giving an overview of their model and the outcomes they had measured. Here is their powerpoint presentation.

Learning from network 3 - Pathways

Our third network meeting was held on the 9 September 2019 and focused on the ideal pathway through social prescribing.

The meeting started with a brief presentation from Jane at Cordis Bright who conducted the review of Social Prescribing in Southwark. Following this there was a discussion on the recommendations.
