As part of the Southwark wellbeing initiative, Southwark voluntary sector community members are invited to a ½ day stress awareness workshop exploring practical approaches to stress relief.

Working with SLaM’s Mental Health Promotion Team, participants will explore some of the stresses currently faced in the community and develop practical skills to support themselves through these challenging times.

This half day Stress Awareness course aims to:

• Explore stress

• Look at how it affects us – especially after COVID-19

• Help participants to identify stress, their reactions and how to manage it

• Develop ways of reducing stress – ‘practical skills for peace of mind’

This course is available to all those working for the voluntary sector in Southwark.
