Free 10 week programme of gentle exercise and creative workshops for women aged 50+


Tuesdays 10am to 12noon from 29 June: Yoga and Learn to Knit

Stretch and breathe with yoga teacher Laura Guarnera, break for a cup of tea and learn to knit (or bring your own knitting/crochet etc) with Annette Jackson.

Yoga sessions run through the full 10 weeks. Knitting runs for 5 sessions 29 June to 27 July.

Programme 2 runs 28 September to 23 November.

Small groups (maximum of 12)  to ensure your Covid safety. Free refreshments and equipment.

To enrol you’ll need to sign up for the 10 week programme by registering your place here, be aged 50+ and live in or near Lambeth’s Vassall and Coldharbour wards. You’ll also be either new to exercise or you haven’t exercised for a while.

By registering here you are registering for the 10 week programme - please ensure you can make at least 8 of the 10 sessions otherwise your place may be given to another participant on the waiting list.
