Strategic Planning - Seeing the big picture !

Strategy sets out the thinking and scope of the organisation by defining its boundaries. It also helps you to identifying the type of activities your organisation as a whole is in or should be in and what options you use to deliver those activities.

This workshop is a must for trustees who are new to strategic planning  and would like an introductory insight into how you can start thinking ahead to put together a  great future plan for your organisation.  If you are a first time manager or coordinator  who will be working closely with your organisation's board of trustees/management committee, this workshop will also be useful for you.
