As part of the Southwark Wellbeing Initiative, Southwark voluntary sector community members are invited to a ½ day stress awareness workshop exploring practical approaches to stress relief.

Working with SLaM’s Mental Health Promotion Trainer, participants will explore some of the stresses
currently faced in the community and develop practical skills to support themselves through these
challenging times.

This half day Stress Awareness course aims to:

  • Explore what stress is
  • Understand how it affects us – especially after COVID-19
  • Help identify your stress, your reactions and how you manage it
  • Develop ways of reducing stress ‘practical skills for peace of mind’
