About this Event

This course qualifies people as Youth Mental Health First Aiders.

It’s ideal for designated staff at every level who would like to become Youth Mental Health First Aiders with skills to spot signs of a range of mental health issues in young people (aged 16-25) and guide a young person to appropriate support.

Community Southwark have commissioned Mental Health First Aid England to deliver a programme of Mental Health First Aid training aimed at those working with Children and Young People (open to those working with adults and families as well but priority will be given to organisations working with CYP)

Session 4:  Thursday 25 March, 10am – 12.30pm

Please note bookings will close 2 weeks before the first date to allow time for the trainer to post a hard copy work manual to all participants.
